IT Academy STEP Cambodia is proud to announce that Sisters of Code, our non-profit educational initiative, has been awarded the Best Digital Inclusion Award 2025 by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications. The award was presented on 6 December 2025 during the Digital Government Forum, recognizing outstanding contributions to building an inclusive, future-ready digital society.
This achievement marks a major milestone for Sisters of Code and reflects our long-term commitment to supporting equal access to technology education. Since its launch, the program has empowered girls and women through coding classes, digital skills training, and hands-on learning experiences designed to build confidence and unlock real opportunities in tech.
We would also like to honor Mrs. Natalja Rodionova, the founder of Sisters of Code, whose leadership and vision laid the foundation for this impact. Her dedication continues to inspire our team, our students, and the growing community of young women choosing technology as their future.
At IT Academy STEP Cambodia, we remain committed to creating pathways that help students thrive in the digital era. This award reinforces our belief that investing in girls, supporting diversity, and expanding access to tech education is essential for Cambodia’s future.
