The IT Support Technician course is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to support computer users in a variety of settings.
During the course students spend 50% of time on theoretical learning and 50% on practical assignments.

Upon graduation students may receive CISCO certificate
The course includes also an opportunity to take international certification exam with CISCO and obtain an international certificate CISCO IT Essentials.
