On March 15, 2026, IT Academy STEP Cambodia proudly celebrated another milestone as students from the Software Development and Computer Graphics & Design programs graduated at our Olympic branch in Phnom Penh.
The event brought together students, families, friends, and teachers in a meaningful celebration of growth, creativity, and achievement. It was more than just a graduation; it was a reflection of how far these students have come in just 2.5 years.
A Journey from Beginner to Industry-Ready
Throughout the ceremony, we revisited the students’ journey, from their first day stepping into IT, to building real-world projects that demonstrate their skills and confidence.
Students from the Software Development program showcased applications and systems they developed, while the Computer Graphics & Design group presented creative works ranging from branding to digital design projects. Each project reflected not only technical ability but also problem-solving and creativity.
What stood out the most was how much they were able to achieve in such a short time.
Graduates Already Entering the Workforce
One of the strongest highlights of this graduation is that most of the graduates are already employed, stepping directly into the tech and creative industries in Cambodia.
This outcome reflects STEP’s focus on practical, career-oriented education, equipping students with skills that are truly in demand in today’s digital economy.

During the event, our Managing Director, Mrs. Natalja Rodionova, shared insights into the rapidly evolving IT landscape and encouraged graduates to stay adaptable, continue learning, and embrace new technologies.
