IT Academy STEP Cambodia is a branch of the largest international training institution operating in 20 countries around the world. We are looking for an intern to join the Information Team at our Olympic Branch. You will be the first point of contact for future students and their families, both in person and online.

Internship period: 1 August – 31 October 2026 (3 months)
WORKING SCHEDULE
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements
- Senior years university student or recent graduate.
- Friendly, service-minded, and confident when talking with people.
- Good communication skills in Khmer; working English is an advantage.
- Comfortable using social media and basic computer tools (Microsoft Office, messaging apps).
- Reliable and punctual.
Responcibilities
- Respond to inquiries offline (walk-in visitors) and online (social media and phone calls).
- Manage and communicate with customers in the CRM system.
- Promote STEP programs and courses.
- Support student registration.
- Assist daily office operations and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
