We're looking for a Content Creator. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule.

IT Academy STEP Cambodia is a branch of the largest international training institution operating in 20 countries around the world. STEP is an officially accredited institute by the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport in Cambodia, offering associate degree programs, short courses, and training programs for corporate clients.

Requirements
- Comfortable appearing on camera with strong presentation skills
- Proven experience in video content creation and editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Reels trends and audience engagement strategies
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback
- Good storytelling skills and creativity in visual content production
Responcibilities
- Create short-form videos to promote IT Academy STEP Cambodia’s courses, student experiences, and brand
- Appear on camera to present information, conduct interviews, and engage with the audience
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos optimized for TikTok, Reels, and Stories
- Research and apply trending content formats to enhance engagement and reach
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ensure brand consistency
- Maintain high production quality and effective storytelling in all content
