Pann Sreyoun joined the IT Academy STEP Cambodia driven by a desire to gain practical skills and a strong foundation in web development. Today, she is a Full Stack Developer at Wiresk, earning $850 per month, a big milestone that reflects the knowledge and expertise she built during her studies.
“My experience at IT Academy STEP was incredibly valuable,” Sreyoun shares. “The academy’s curriculum structure was what I liked most, three days of class instruction and two days for self-study. This balance allowed me to reinforce what I learned in class and gave me enough time to practice on my own. The small class sizes also ensured teachers could give personal attention, which helped me grow more quickly as a developer.”
When asked if she would recommend IT Academy STEP Cambodia, Sreyoun answered with an enthusiastic yes. “I’d recommend STEP, especially to students who are serious about their chosen major. The focused, hands-on learning really sets you up for the industry.”
She also sees room for even more engaging student life at the academy. “I believe STEP could enhance the experience by hosting a formal graduation ceremony to celebrate our achievements. More social activities and field trips would also help students bond and keep the academic year fun and balanced,” she adds.
